I don't have a simple answer to that, except to say that there are trans people who are happy with it (I'm not)

What about the medical differences between men and women? How do doctors function when those words have no actual objectivity

Guys, just get to the biological sex part of this already. What is a Y chromosome and what does it mean??? (I get that gender is sometimes different).

I'm a woman without a uterus and ovaries; the rest is between me and my doctor, but he isn't confused and I have "F" on my medical records, and whatever else I'm being treated for

I've had my chromosomes and my sperm tested extensively this year so I can speak with impunity on these matters.

I mean specifically the 23rd pair. I've never heard of various arrangements and many people out there seem upset that someone with a Y chromosome isn't considered a "biological" male.
