Sorry about creating the RM Strava group, then dropping my two lowest mileage weeks of the year.

That's gonna change next week. Signed up for a half mary last night.

I think I'll have a good change of a PR, despite being on a sketchy course.

Haha, good luck with that. Are you trying to convince your wife and the family to all do it together, or that it'll be cool to skip out on time with the in-laws?

No, nobody else in my family or hers runs, so I'd be flying solo. My pitch was successful. I'll run the race early in the morning, they'll all meet me afterward, and the grandparents get to hang out with their granddaughter at the zoo. Win-win. AND, my HM training plan calls for me to run a 10K that weekend, so actually win-win-win.
