What's the backpack for?

No, nobody else in my family or hers runs, so I'd be flying solo. My pitch was successful. I'll run the race early in the morning, they'll all meet me afterward, and the grandparents get to hang out with their granddaughter at the zoo. Win-win. AND, my HM training plan calls for me to run a 10K that weekend, so actually win-win-win.washing machine wrote:Haha, good luck with that. Are you trying to convince your wife and the family to all do it together, or that it'll be cool to skip out on time with the in-laws?
Ah, the zoo factor. Creative way to pivot that to a win-win-win.guestT wrote:^^ that looks like fun.

Glad you got that treadmill action in, though. Keep at it. I'd love to hear about your journey.lennytheweedwhacker wrote:sameDev wrote:my legs are fucked i cant run.

While no doubt developing all sorts of bad breathing, pacing and form habits in the process. I literally do not know how to run. Hence the "can't." Yet here I am, beating on.lennytheweedwhacker wrote:but, you ran two miles just todaywashing machine wrote:No biggie. I can't run either.
