It’s always bothered me a little that the album version of Creep isn’t the one where he goes up high to sing the line “think you’re kinda neat, then she tells me I’m a creep” like he does in the video. It’s like the only difference for some strange reason.

That new song sounds really boring....
In their best moments they were a kick ass band, in their worst a generic classic rock band of the worst kind. With that new singer they really are in that last category now.

For me, anything after Scott's death, just can't do it. I am more looking forward to the Tiny Music anniversary addition coming out in the next year or two.

The new guy definitely channels Scott more than I would prefer, but he does the material justice
They played an acoustic show in Mass last December (just about a year ago now actually) and they were friggin awesome and the setlist was fantastic (played stuff like Seven Caged Tigers etc)...i'm pissed I didn't know about it until the day after when videos started popping up
Listened to 4 today and between it and the new songs out, very hyped to see them next month.

huh:
The editing is interesting, how they don't show a lot of Jeff Gutt, apart from his mouth/jaw. If you didn't know Weiland was dead, you might actually think that was him, given Gutt's voice and look.

Scott's clearly rolling in his grave.

You wouldn’t see Alice in Chains opening for fuckin’ Nickelback.
(I’m aware Jerry opened for them as a solo act before)

Looks like the entire acoustic tour's been cancelled because the singer threw out his back.
