most times at a hotel breakfast i opt for the fruit..in a hotel now in palm springs and the last 3 morning I've ordered the cut up fruit and they sprinkle that tajin seasoning on it...superb...other times i opt for eggs benedict...tomorrow's breakfast however is a local diner with great chicken fried steak

chorizo-stuffed medjool dates with bacon and piquillo pepper-tomato sauce

My wife brought home a ton of leftovers from a schmancy work dinner last night, and these are wrapped in bacon, so close enough to breakfast.

I’ve never put a slice of cheese on fried eggs. It just seems wrong for some reason.

I like frying an egg and some Canadian bacon, then putting the bacon on top of the egg and melting a slice of cheese over both, before I pull it off the griddle. Put it on a biscuit or English muffin.
