This is what my bar looks like on a big sports night or St. Patrick's weekend any other year. We are remaining open, as are many bars in the US, but it doesn't look like this. It's close to a ghost town at 8pm on a Saturday night.

We need to implement a travel ban because Europe is overrun with coronavirus, but also we can just rub all the returning Americans together and not screen them because it doesn’t actually matter, the virus is already here.

you can try to slow it

but the real 'problem' is that we should already have 10x the medical facilities that we do in the US right now

this should be a public good

we don't because of greedy middlemen

now we see how many people can fit on the back of this albatross

one of the few positives that may come of this is finally uniting the US to improve the healthcare system
