The series is peak star wars it keeps getting better and better.

Hard not to get emotional with Ezra/Sabine re-union.

Thrawn was amazing!!!!!!!!

That’s probably the end of at least one of them.

It just came to me. Its the one thing Thrawn is terrified of and if Balen can harness its power.

Limitless.

And BENDU is not the light or the dark but the one in the middle. Kind of like Balen

The sound design is ridiculous. That Thrawn intro was so good.

Might be in the minority but I thought this was a step down from last week. Thrawn stuff was all good (would Thrawn let himself get a gut, though?). Up until Sabine takes off on the wolf dog horse, I was riveted.

The wild shifts in tone between the Thrawn/Nightsisters stuff and the Sabine/Ezra stuff felt weird to me. That was kind of an awkward, stiff, emotionless hug between those two, right? Excellent casting choice on Ezra, though.

Also thought some of the direction was a step down. I wish Filoni had directed this one. You are introducing the SW franchise’s next big bad to a wider audience; the A-team should be at the wheel for it.

I think all of the stormtroopers in the hangar scene, other than Amos, were CG. Iffy special effects if you were watching closely. It was distracting.

In any event, it was still very good and I’m excited for what’s next.

I’m even more depressed that Stevenson is dead.

This series keeps getting better. I am so glad I watched rebels and clone wars again recently.

It was a battle but plenty of reward now.

I just caught Ezras first line ‘I knew I could count on you’.
Exactly what Ahsoka asked her and now she seems to be a bit pissed off.

Ahsoka has the correct reading of Thrawn. Somehow. He does want to get back to the galaxy. But to take over though? We know the new republic is infested with former imps still loyal to the empire.. so it will be like an insurrection when he gets there is my guess.

That’s a lot to wrap up in 2 episodes. There has to be a second season. I really hope we’re not left hanging until Dave’s movie

So i know everyone is giddy about Thrawn, but I’m most happy about Ezra. So awesome to see him live action, his character really became a favorite of mine in the last season of Rebels. I do worry that he may end up going out like his master did though, saving everybody (again).

I did laugh at Thrawn’s gut but i figure he’s older. It’s tough being an exiled admiral in an unknown galaxy, stressful!

The scenes out on the planet really suffered from the limitations of the Volume. They really looked cheap.

I’m excited for the last two episodes and hope we see an Ezra/Zeb reunion.
