I don’t care for eggplant. I feel like it’s simply a relic of a time when peasants couldn’t afford meat. We’re better than this now.

The worst food experience in life is the last few bites of a burrito or a wrap.

Just complete chaos.

Especially when it’s mostly folded tortilla

Recently discovered that peppermint stuffed pickles is popular in certain communities. Definitely on par with the weird salty/spicy/sweet combos I see on the menus at Mexican snack stands, and probably just as weirdly awesome.

bread and butter pickles are such a disappointment. give me sour and dill; leave all that sugar out of it.

yeah bread and butter pickles don't do it for me..i like the spicy mclures and grillo's

i feel really bad. my friend knows i love pickles, but clearly wasn't paying attention to the part of the conversation where i said that i'm not a fan of bread and butter pickles. anyway, he was in the city last week and made a special, out-of-the-way trip to buy his favorite pickles from some specialty store. they're spicy pickles, but they're "bread and butter" spicy pickles. he dropped them off on my front porch the other day. and now they're sitting in my refrigerator where they'll never be opened.

you gotta try one; you might be surprised.
