It's kind of insane that Russia has a significantly higher rate of production of artillery shells than all of NATO combined. They also have more capable ICBMs. Seems like we leaned way too much into the whole peace dividend business.

You have some different figures on artillery production or ICBMs?

Of course no one earns more from this war than China.
