Earlier this week, my GF and I committed to two weeks of ONLY healthy eating, drinking and exercise.
We are attending her best friend's wedding so there are suits and dresses to fit into along with lots of pictures.
158.8 before my dump. A nice 158.4 after my morning deposit. That's 0.4 pounds of waste unloaded to start the day. I will also say my urine isn't too yellow for morning time and I had some real good pees late yesterday and this AM. I am shedding some water weight after only a few healthy days.
Had a nice workout yesterday. Did 20 minutes of cardio followed by weight lifting and some crunches.
BMI at a healthy 24.1. Would love to get that down to the low 23s or 22s.

I've gotten a lot better at logging my weight in the Apple Fitness app. I also use the watch, which records my workouts and sends the data to the app.

GF and I did a 3-mile speed walk of the lake on Friday afternoon, took a break on Saturday and then this morning, we did intense cardio and weight lifting at the gym.
