NM. I looked it up. I didn't realize we were calling them Birria Tacos.

They are amazing, though. I still prefer Birria. But any time people fall in love with tacos I'm a happy guy.

Two weeks ago i saw that Rob Schneider was doing a gig up here in Beaver Creek. Girl is coming to visit and briefly thought it would be a nic enight out as i haven't been able to see stand up in quite some time.

now, in not a big fan of Rob Schneider by any means but at least he's.....i dont know. Thought it might be okay.

Man, alive. Glad i didn't buy those tickets. Im basically cancelling him now after his anti vax rants

Traditionally, antivaxxers have transcended typical ideological spectrums. It's unusual to see this particular vaccine cleave much neater with the right wing in opposition.

Agreed. Pre-COVID, the stereotypical anti-vaxxer was a college-educated, stay-at-home mother.

Helping providers get their vaccinations rates up has been my jam for 15 years. Rates don't vary much across communities in NC, but in rural communities that discussions are more about finding families that move around a lot or can't get to the doctor. In affluent communities, the discussions are about convincing parents that not vaccinating or spreading out vaccinations is just choosing to spread whooping cough around.

When I had to deliver quarantine letters for a measles outbreak at the Montessori school it was all giant, modern houses with stay-at-home moms AND live-in au pairs.
