After Thrawn said that Baylan and his apprentice are expendable as are Ezra and Sabine, I kind of feel like we are going to get an arc where the four of them have to work together to not get left behind.

Also, kind of wild that Filoni bringing in all of this Nightsister origin stuff. We are going to need another season, or another series, to cover all of this shit in this season!

I want to look up and watch more Ray Stevenson stuff now. He is out-acting everyone on this show, Rosario included. His character is amazing.

Thrawn kinda gets ticked off with Morgan each scene too. He can’t stand incompetence and the very first interaction she’s fucked up. He corrects her n kinda snaps at her in each scene

I guess he needs her for now and whatever is in those casks - dead what? - to reanimate them

That's a lot to hope for with 2 eps left. I'm hoping for the series ending with Thrawn heading home and Baylan and Shin getting left behind, but finding that mystic power that Baylan keeps talking about.

That probably wasn't part of the original plan, but since Stevenson's death, and animated Baylan/Shin show could be a lot of fun.

Hasn’t been a moment of filler though. No fat at all. So maybe 8 is for the best

Unfortunately I think knowing that Filoni wants to wrap up the Thrawn story with his movie and after some more Mando, etc., I think it is predictable that the next two episodes will be them all struggling to get back home/keep Thrawn from getting back. The final scene will be them all, including Thrawn, getting back to the SW galaxy. One or two surprising deaths will happen, between Morgan, Ezra, Baylan, or Sabine.

If we've learned anything from Marvel, it's that people LOVE to go see a movie that wraps up a television plot line. Good luck, Mr. Filoni.

They nailed all the casting. But Ezra. Top of the pile. He’s got him down 100%.

Thrawn tells Morgan he wants to know everything about Ahsoka. Her age her species her master

Thrawn *knows* anakin is Vader. They did that mission together.

I think he’s gonna try some emotional punches when they face off to push her buttons as he does always, but ahsokas above that now.
