What the hell is this now??? No-one gave me booze after my dad passed. I had to take care of that myself

It’s not a normal thing. Doug leads a charmed life.

So pretty much I lucked out for being born to one of the few Scots who don't drink?

Oh yeah, I get this. I think if you need time to shut down and recover it's all good though. No need to put expectations on yourself.

Yeah, but then I think wtf am I even recovering from? Practically nothing

Oh... Well it's plainly wrong to judge yourself like that. You don't get to decide how things affected you even if it was "nothing". Your only duty is to try to understand everything, not to judge.

Every song is about how men are trash but it's very clearly her that is the problem.

You’re thinking of Taylor Swift.

Yeah I thought a few of her songs were cute and fun at first but I quickly tired of her. Same with Olivia Rodriguez.

Carpenter is definitely better than Swift or Rodrigo but I’m not really a fan either. My wife likes her though.

I like her, I think "Espresso" is a hell of a pop song and Short n' Sweet has a few other good ones. I was never compelled to check out Man's Best Friend from the singles but she has this winking silliness that reminds me of a Dolly Parton kinda thing.

I also thought of her as a new Dolly Parton. Yeah a lot of it is good, just not for me.

I really like the chorus of Espresso
