I don't think Reek has much time left (something in Theon is going to break and be able to come back). I just wish he had come back in this episode and stabbed Ramsey.
Also, I don't know how much more of the "I am no one" stuff I can take. It's really boring and is the same thing episode after episode. And why the hell does Arya want to be "no one." She already has a definite purpose in life. To kill all the badguys! She was even sitting outside of their castle listing her doomed names. If she loses Arya, she loses all that. I get that her hiding The Needle instead of losing it is a way of saying that---but Arya was never even considering losing her list before then. And why would she? I see it as more of a case of "I ain't got no place else to go," but Arya is jumping in (IMO against character).

Here's the thing: to become a faceless man, you must become no one and if Arya doesn't want that, perhaps it isn't for her. She is trying to game the system to get revenge after learning how to be a great killer.

This is a disappointing season for me, I have no clue what the main storyline is this season. It drags and feels forced to me. The writers say that are speeding things up, but this season just feels slow.

I'm glad I never got into this show. It looks like it's turned into one of those "let's drag the shit out of this show by taking an hour to tell 5 minutes worth of story" kind of shows. Is this an accurate analogy?

Not really. Nothing that's happening is padding or filler. This show sometimes feels like nothing is happening because they are trying to tell 17 different stories within the framework of a 1 hour show. Huge chunks of screen time are spent moving all the chess pieces around before all the big moves.

On the flip side of that, they are also trying to condense 2000+ pages of story from the source material (which a lot of book fans consider to be somewhat lacking in the action department) so i think the story is started to feel a bit disjointed. We don't get enough screen time with each character to truly understand their motivations.

It's not glorified or presented as a positive thing, instead it reinforces how terrible he, and the Boltons, are. And frankly, for a show that has been very graphic in the past with sexual violence and murders, this was pretty tame by comparison.

i think people feel especially uncomfortable with this one because it's sansa -- someone who has literally grown up before our eyes and whom we've known since she was still a kid. there's an extra emotional attachment at play.
