Jimmy Butler can't wait to be somebody's consolation prize.

Re: NBA Thread
If KD is upset with the Warriors he wouldn't go along with a sign and trade would he? Even if he isn't, it would be an interesting choice to make his new team give up assets and become weaker to get him, although LeBron and Bosh did that to the Heat.verb_to_trust wrote:KD declined his option. So what's next? Sign and trade? Knicks? Nets?

I have no idea. Bleacher had somebody “reporting” that the other day. But even if he isn’t the sign and trade thing seems odd from his perspective. You think he wants a 5th year option that bad?Monkey_Driven wrote:I don't get the impression he is upset with the Warriors.
Would anybody give him a 1 and 1 now?

Re: NBA Thread
He's going to take the max wherever he wants to go. I'm not sure if he cares about the extra year. I don't think he will do a 1 and 1. Maybe a 2 and 1? Essentially a 1 and 1 after the injury recovery. We will find out soon enough.4/5 wrote:I have no idea. Bleacher had somebody “reporting” that the other day. I'll be ecstatic if the Celtics get Kemba. Yeah they could use a big guy more and yeah they'll still get bounced in the second round but at least they'll be fun to watch again.

KD's camp trolling Steph hard with the "report" that KD would think about staying if Steph asked him to.
