The whole “people who didn’t read the report will get the full picture” logic requires:

1. That Mueller doesn’t simultaneously say “I won’t speak beyond the context of the report” and then answer many key questions by basically just saying “that’s in the report.”

2. That people disengaged/lazy enough not to have read the report either watch the full hearing (lol) or are provided cogent, clear reporting on it (not horse race “Dems vs Reps,” winners-losers clickbait stuff).

3. That legislators ask clear, coordinated questions designed to unroll the narrative presented in the evidence and findings of the report.

So, no.

Heard someone earlier saying this hearing is pointless to which the reply was you can’t get Americans to read the book but they will watch the movie.

More people will watch the movie, or at least scenes from it, yes. But everyone went into it with an opinion that isn't going to be changed today. Even if there was a smoking gun, remember that Donald Trump could shoot some on 5th Avenue in Manhattan and not lose any support.

The hearing could have been not just for people that didn't read that report but also for people that did read it and aren't lawyers and needed clarification. The report speaks for itself does not help someone who doesn't know the fine points of conspiracy and obstruction laws. It sure SOUNDS like obstruction happened but I'm still pretty confused on the conspiracy/collusion parts. I'm pretty dumb though.

*Democrat runs down list of people indicted/charged and/or in prison*

*republican goes on about how its a conspiracy theory and witch hunt*

*mueller states "read the report"*

This is the type of directness and clarity that should be everybody’s goal, in these hearings.

He's never going to leave office willingly and will gladly accept any help to stay in office, even if it's treasonous. He's terrified of prison. That's the main takeaway the average American home watching daytime tv today needs to walk away with.

My main takeaway is General Hospital has been preempted and now I have to wait to find out the results of Wiley's DNA test.

Did you hear the one about trump appearing In a video standing in front of the US seal. Except it wasn’t the US seal. It was ‘tampered’ with and was actually the Russian seal. But it was a mistake.
Not only was it a specific double headed eagle that is part of the Russian coat of Arms, along with the golf clubs it was also clutching wads of cash, the stars on the flag are replaced with a hammer and sickle and the banner reads "45 is a puppet"

Seems to me there’s probably quite a few in his administration actively working against him.
