The full on discussion with the wolves is a bit much.

Have to agree with this. Other than that enjoyable stuff. It’ll be all about Ezra for the last few

Spoiler: show
The final moment, with the sacrifice, was very well done, visually interesting (for a rather bland looking show) and emotionally resonant. The rest of the episode was ok.
Only watched the first episode though.

Said it before but there’s far too much of filonis real world kinks bleeding in here. It’s gotten silly.
Spoiler: show
the wolves who are magically force sensitive and. Can. Talk.
It’s jarring and takes you out of the story and doesn’t actually fit within Star Wars for me.

As long as they don't have much more in the show, I'm fine with it. I looked at them as protectors of the Jedi Temple on Lothal and we're just a tool to get Ezra on the right path

Seems to have really devastated a lot of people.
Can’t say I felt that but it was a helluva way to go.

I thought it was pretty moving and well done. He had struggled since being injured, to know his place. His moments of clarity in those final seconds was pretty awesome, if you ask me

I think I agree
I'll totally entertain any objections to it being the most "powerful." But I don't see how there's any debate that it's the most meaningful. It sets up everything that comes after.
Spoiler: show
We don't even have the Death Star without it. Dude completely changed the course of everything. It was amazing.

You really need to rethink that.

Obi wan sat in a desert for 20 years watching over luke and in his last moment gave his life so luke could escape from his father and the emperor.
That’s true sacrifice
Shall I continue?
