impossible cheese burgers again...i'm converted ..not to being a vegan or anything like argo but i like these things

There's a vegan burrito place here that uses more traditional vegan proteins like "soy steak", "southwest seitan", "bbq jackfruit", tofu, and chickpeas. The guys who run that place are opening another spot, built entirely around Impossible burgers. It seems to be taking off

We're doing some kind of shrimp and rice thing tonight. There will also be egg rolls and hot & sour soup, I believe.

Hot and sour soup saves my soul sometimes. It's life!

Egg drop soup I can take or leave. It's good but I rarely crave it.
