you have choices between being knocked out and more relaxed / stoned. I am adamant about staying awake so I am going for the slow relaxing meds. I let my girlfriend stick her finger up my ass when I fuck her and I like to stay awake for that, too.

The very rare evening poop for me today. Above average log came out with ease, then 3 or 4 smaller ones with a little effort. The wiping was on the low side for me also, so all in all a win.

i had to start drinking my first 16oz at 6pm, followed by 32 oz of water within an hour of that. it took about an hour and a half to fully kick in. I alternated water and lemon-lime gatorade for the rest of the evening.

i had instructions sent by the provider. the box has its own set of instructions, but the provider wanted me to keep pushing clear liquids to achieve the right hues to show i'd been completely emptied out.

i suppose it doesn't have to be water. just clear liquids.
i have heard of folks who achieve the clearing out with only having consumed one 16oz bottle.

I was told to drink pediolyte..I had a few sips and it was too sweet...I stayed with water

I suppose dehydration is a concern, so lots of liquids or pedialyte makes sense.

An uppity burger and shake place opened just around the corner today, so perhaps that. The kid and I actually walked by after the park earlier and they were beckoning us in, but I couldn’t.
