Yeah it wasn't the best pass in the world but nobody's perfect I guess
What could've cost the game is the defense giving up 200 rushing yards to a qb

Re: the miami dolphins
It's a bummer that Tua missed those passes at the end after he played so incredibly well for the first 3 quarters. Here's to hoping he gets his form down and starts throwing better deep balls. But man everything else he does has been great the last two games.
But god almighty the defense is bad. I'll stand by saying that it's just like I feared. The defense was too big play reliant the last two years and that wasn't sustainable. But now they just can't do anything. Can't get sacks, can't get off the field on third down. Can't stop a one dimensional offense.
It really shows the QB bias that Tyreek Hill only has the 10th best MVP odds rn. Dude is absolutely unbelievable. For my money he's probably playing the best ball of anybody in the league at any position.

Understandable. This offense has been staggeringly good the last three weeks. Tua has been every bit what I dreamed he could be when I would recommit to him each of the last two offseasons. It's a glorious time to be alive.

The o line has been unbelievable since Tua returned. They haven't gotten as much credit as Tua, Hill, and Waddle obviously but they've done a great job keeping Tua clean back there. And opening up running lanes. Wilson looks like a huge upgrade over stone hands Edmonds so far.
I'm still worried about our defense and kicking game, but the defense has developed a knack for stepping up when it matters the most.

Miami has games @SF, @SD, @BUF, and vs GB. It's a crime if at least one of those doesn't get flexed onto SNF.

I'm glad you said it. It's unreal how different that game felt after Armstead went down.tree_ wrote:That was the most awful blow out win of my career

Re: the miami dolphins
Yeah, without him and with Jackson in the lineup, I'm worried about Tua's ability to stay alive against these tougher opponents coming up. But with time to prepare, I have faith in this coaching staff.

Re: the miami dolphins
I'm terrified for Tua next week and of all teams it's the Niners. I've already mentally taken the L. I saw last night they said it was a strain not a tear so he should be back but it might be a couple games. McDaniel took responsibility for bad playcalling after Armstead went down but I don't remember seeing such a dramatic shift like that. Before his injury they weren't getting any pressure and after it Tua was getting smacked almost every single drop back. Here's to hoping that was a fluke and that the week of practice will help get that resolved but man. Pretty discouraging way to go into a pivotal 3 game road trip.

Re: the miami dolphins
Yeah... I do believe this coaching staff will have a plan to protect Tua, even if it means a subpar offensive output.
