In a civilized society it would be fine. Unfortunately the way this country is these days - yes - it will mean attacks on them and their family.

I was just thinking the other day that it's pretty likely in my opinion that a politician gets murdered soon. That part I'm fairly sure about. What I haven't figured out yet is whether or not anyone will really care.

Giffords/Scalise. Already happened. Scalise kept voting for guns because of course he did.

My folks had a land battle going on for a couple years. Their attorney filed this motion but it somehow got “lost in the shuffle” so the court marked it as filed late. This wealthy developer won his eminent domain case because of that. That court office basically said “whoops, sorry for our incompetence.” And that was it.

That’s the first thing I thought of when Epstein died.
