I don't have a strong opinion either way.

The visuals were outstanding. But ultimately the obvious and sort of cornball nature of the main theme left me wanting a bit more. My wife really didn't like it, at all. I tried to defend it a bit as we discussed the movie but ultimately, I think it's his low point, so far. It's a movie I'll definitely revisit down the line. It's not a disaster. DKR is a bunch of really great scenes mixed in with a much larger bunch of well-directed, poorly-written nonsense, which doesn't merge at all.
Batman Begins is an ok movie that is mostly a promise to producers.
Otherwise the guy is fucking fantastic.
