Arena is probably done after 2018 no matter what. A national team coach should very rarely be in place more than one World Cup cycle. The goal isn't to find some sort of Greg? Popavich mainstay. It's to keep the program on track and progressing.
Eh, there's really not much into the whole keep your national team coach for one cycle concept. Germany and Spain have kept the same coach for multiple cycles and they've had their best runs yet.
So all USMNT has to do is have the talent pool the two best teams of the last decade plus? Exceptions to the rule don't apply here.

Just awful. To be one of the players that didn't make the trip due to injury or some other reason must be absolutely soul crushing.

That was heavy as shit.
I can't believe the piece of shit that heads the Brazilian FA forced chapecoense to field a team for their last game of the season.
Fuck that guy.

Feel bad about Bob getting the sack. A respected American manager in the EPL would have done a lot for US Soccer's reputation.

The Swans looked like they had given up on him. Sad, but I wouldn't have trusted Bob with the January transfer money either given the team looked worse under him.

The fastest way to relegation is if I decide to root for your team.

I did. I think I'll root for Arsenal next year and really test the bada curse.
