the article refers to it as "sexual misconduct," but that seems an ambiguous term, and a way for him (win) to say it was consensual, which from the accounts of the victims, it sounds like it wasn't.

a lot of what the victims described are unwanted physical advances, as well as unsolicited pics of butler. he also demanded pics in return.
