Re: Star Wars: Episode IX (2019)
That is a lot of star wars stuff. Generally not interested in comics, video games, random shorts, etc...
But the above highlighted items are also of most interest to me.

I can't wait for Ep 9. I want it so badly. I almost listed it as one of the reasons to live in LV's GD thread.

I need to get into a habit of reading. I have so many books I need to finish before i can even think about picking up a star wars book.dimejinky99 wrote:Master and apprentice most of all.

I love CG. But I'd read that book if it was written by tree, to be honest. It's the characters and the setting that have my pants sticky.dimejinky99 wrote:Master and apprentice most of all.

Actually, that book might be #2 on my SW list, ahead of The Madalorian.

That's exactly why I didn't post it. I didn't want to depress him in his own thread! It felt tacky and unfair to do so.

Re: Star Wars: Episode IX (2019)
I'll check out Amidala eventually, for sure. But the other one will be the second SW book I buy in Hardback. I'm 100% getting that book.dimejinky99 wrote:durdencommatyler wrote:I love CG. I generally do the audiobooks and the guy they’d have narrate them *nails* all the voices.
(Wanna say his name is Justin Thomas? Might be wrong)
He really brings it to life.

I listened to Leia and it was fine. But I wish I'd read it.

Books and your own mind doing the imagery will always beat audiobooks. But it’s hard finding the time

Oh totally. It takes me forever to get through a book. I'm also a slow reader in general.dimejinky99 wrote:Books and your own mind doing the imagery will always beat audiobooks. But it’s hard finding the time

I kinda loathe my podcast addiction. It made the transfer to just doing audiobooks all too easy. Now it’s hard to go back

Re: Star Wars: Episode IX (2019)
Podcasts have definitely cut into my reading time and that sucks. Normally, I'll read on my commute to and from work. But lately, I've just listened to pods instead.dimejinky99 wrote:I kinda loathe my podcast addiction. It made the transfer to just doing audiobooks all too easy. Now it’s hard to go back
