A few knobs were definitely turned the wrong way over the course of LB the song.Strat wrote:I feel like it should be pretty clear listening to LB and Gigaton back to back. What’s stopping you from sending your friend the link?PHATJ wrote:Was anyone able to send an active link?PHATJ wrote:Somebody help this guy out.Yield83 wrote:Does anyone have a link to the album? My link wasn’t active anymore. And he isn’t necessarily my friend, he just reached out to me today. He got the link thanks to a kind RMer.spike wrote:What’s stopping you from sending your friend the link?PHATJ wrote:Was anyone able to send an active link?PHATJ wrote:Somebody help this guy out.Yield83 wrote:Does anyone have a link to the album? Quick Escape is already in there. I think Who Ever Said has a shot at top #25 also. It’s a great opener and despite it being somewhat of a typical Eddie song you can really hear each band members contributions (Stone’s weird counter melodies, Mike’s blistering fills and solo, Matt’s best Keith Moon impression and Jeff Ament’s bass riffage).Jaeti wrote:It's early days yet, but, looking to future days, who thinks any of these new songs will settle into their top 25? Top 20? Top 10?
Lol. That’s gold.Ms Harmless wrote:"would I be kissing this wife if it wasn't my wife?"
Was thinking about this earlier...Binaural was the last Pearl Jam album for me that had more than one 5* songs. Since then its been max 1 top shelf song per album (LB had none). I legitimately think this new album has three 5* songs on it.darthvedder81 wrote:Quick Escape is already in there. I think Who Ever Said has a shot at top #25 also. I keep hearing Never Destination in my head, and it’s not even a top three song for me. Some catchy choruses.Tsuga wrote:I'm fairly surprised at how many different songs have ended up stuck in my head over the past few days, and not ones I would expect. "Take the Long Way," "Comes Then Goes," and today, "Retrograde." I've woken up with "Superblood" kicking around in there too.
