Still less than I expected. I've been putting it off for so long because I feel like I'd need to take out a loan, and I ain't about that. The time is nigh after that dog escape scare in Austin, though.

But if you are just going across the front, is it connecting to two side fences? Otherwise I'm confuse as to how it will keep the dog in.

not knowing your budget or particular needs, i'd recommend you go full-on Mr. Burns

I never have.

Any exposed pipes under your house with a crawl space theoretically are already insulated. So just your outside faucets. If I don’t have any of those foam covers laying around I just wrap an old towel or shirt around them.

Yeah, I'm just doing bar towels and duct tape.

Damn, I guess I have to cover the pipes at the bar before we close too.

How about the whole, leave the sink cabinets open and trickle water overnight bit? Worth the hassle? It's going to get into the 20s and teens for a couple of days here. One thing I've got going is that it's an 80-year old house and the poor insulation will probably mean the heat from inside will seep out and warm the pipes...right?
