Shadow of Mordor is pretty good. Very early in the game.

It's relatively small in scope compared to a lot of other sandbox type games, but man is it ever fun. I'm gearing up for another playthrough soon.

I'm thinking it might be worth it to platinum. Smaller world, collectibles and missions easy to find. Seems like the missions aren't too repetitive either. Pretty game too.

I think I came pretty close, probably about 80% or so which is more than I usually manage to complete in a game. And that was without really trying.

just bought The Walking Dead: Season 2 on Steam.

it's off 50% right now. i'm sure it will be on the main sale
at some point for an even lower price, but i didn't want to wait any longer.
the download speed during sales seems to be really slow, though.

maybe changing my region will help.
edit: haha, changing it to japan where it's nighttime helped.

- the dog thing... i was like, 'you son of a bitch! i played frisbee with you!'. and still felt bad enough to put him out of his misery when he was impaled.
a little later, i loved the ability to say 'STILL. NOT. BITTEN.' i try to pick clem's sassy lines whenever possible.

Which ones? The ones where you have to complete all the mini games without dying?

Sorry for not clarifying, the levels in the two bonus worlds.
Oh yeah, those are great. I'm just living vicariously through you since I haven't played that game in a while.
