I've been surprised that WhatIf doesn't seem to like John Wetteland much since all my other relievers are getting plenty of innings. Then I ran three sims with my new lineups playing against each other and Wetteland came in to get the save in all three games. Then I realized: WhatIf actually loves Wetteland so much that it's using him as the closer, and he has no innings so far because I'm pretty sure I haven't had a single save situation through 14 games.

Still, my bullpen has been pretty awesome so far, other than Montgomery.

so far, it seems like whatif has chosen Rollie Fingers as the closer, Mark Eichhorn as the first man out of the pen in all other situations, the Rons (Davis and Reed) as mop-up men, and the lefties (Tug McGraw and Jesse Orosco) as, essentially, benchwarmers.
