I'm still on the fence about Gillian Welch & David Rawlings.

Big Thief just announced a tour, so I'll see them in the fall.

Just got tickets to Model/Actriz in October at a tiny venue. Very excited.

I’m seeing Yeah Yeah Yeahs in July. They’llhave a mini-orchestra with them so hopefully we get some of the Hysteric alternate takes.

We're taking our son to his first concert ever in August for his birthday. He really likes AJR, so we are taking him to the Charlotte, NC show on August 2nd. He's so excited. We asked him why he liked this band so much and I just loved his response, "Some of their lyrics I really relate to." Exactly why I love the bands I do. I'd never heard of them and didn't realize how long they've been around, so I've been listening to them lately just to get familiar with their stuff. Should be a good time.

Next one is Kamasi Washington.

Then, Thundercat. Also i might see Stereolab and Yo La Tengo.

Saw Supergrass and DIIV last week. Supergrass was a lot of fun, DIIV seriously kicked my ass.

They were so fucking great, dad. I knew they'd be terrific but they were way beyond my expectations.

I mean, I'd go and see them again tonight, same setlist, no hesitation. Highest possible recommendation.

DIIV played here last year, thought about going but i had a trip so i didnt.

Good to know they are great live.
