No. He would actually be barred. I am pretty sure if he is removed he is no longer allowed to hold public office.

Wrong. My inter web investigation reveals that they vote to remove and then they can take a vote to disqualify him for holding office again. If they don’t take the disqualification vote or that vote fails, he can run again.

Doubtful. If he’s removed, I doubt anyone would deem him fit to have access.
