Ok. The unthinkable happens and they actually remove him from office before the election. He can still run and be elected again, right?

Wrong. My inter web investigation reveals that they vote to remove and then they can take a vote to disqualify him for holding office again. If they don’t take the disqualification vote or that vote fails, he can run again.liebzz wrote:No. He would actually be barred. Doubtful.
