I hope so. Who wouldn't throw second round picks or the possible unhappy camper who wants a change in scenery at Detroit for a cheap vet who has shown he can play a very effective 20 mins off your bench? The only thing he doesn't give you in a backup PG is defense and 3 point shooting. The rest of his game is crazy efficient. They are showcasing him a bit now by starting him and upping his minutes, but I can't think of very many contenders who wouldn't improve with 20 mins of Rose playing this way off their bench.Monkey_Driven wrote:Is Rose gonna get traded?verb_to_trust wrote:You guys are really fucking up my thread

It’s a shitty situation from all sides.
Tomorrow's Lakers/Clippers game is going to be rough.4/5 wrote:I've never been a Kobe fan. In fact I've probably spent more time arguing against Kobe fans than fans of any other player in my life. But man this is gut wrenching. I'm surprised how sad I've felt since the news broke.
Verb had a good post earlier about this being a person you've invited into your house for 82+ games a season for years. I think another thing that makes it so emotional is seeing so many guys you like and still see on a daily basis being just absolutely gutted about this. Like the grieving process is so public for current NBA players. It's really brutal to watch.
Highest rated game in years I'm thinking. It feels so voyeuristic and disgusting on one hand, but also a necessary part of the grieving process on the other. But yeah it's going to be really hard to watch.Monkey_Driven wrote:Tomorrow's Lakers/Clippers game is going to be rough.4/5 wrote:I've never been a Kobe fan. Not to mention the other parents and children killed... It's just horrible.pnjguy wrote:Still really hurting from the Kobe thing. I have 3 daughters so i just can't stop thinking about him holding his daughter on that chopper, probably telling her its going to be okay, when he knew it wouldn't be. His wife, and his other daughters now. This is really rough.
