WTF are you talking about? There's tons of peer-reviewed research on nutrition supplements. Here's the top three google hits:
https://www.dovepress.com/nutrition-and ... ts-journal
http://ajcn.nutrition.org/content/71/2/399.full

Community-Supported Fisheries, or even just great frozen fish, are excellent options.
Chicken and eggs are good if they have the Certified Humane or Animal Welfare Approved labels (I once built housing for 300 laying hens in full compliance with the CH guidelines, and these were extremely happy and healthy hens).
Grass-fed beef from small farms is a decent option. Not exactly "lean," but better than grain-fed.

A, i didn't read argo's post yet, so there's still time. B, i didn't go batshit crazy on you for anytbing other than you attacked me for quoting an animated gif, which is, frankly, a dumb thing to yell at me about, especially since you didn't say anything at all to remod for posting it in the first place. The thesis paper was just a lucky bonus for me to use in retaliation.
RMing ain't easy, son
Ruddo's posting of the Wahlburg pic was a decent-enough joke, as my sense is that he generally thinks I'm full of myself; I can dig it. But your jumping on his joke for an extra jab just seemed lame, especially in light of your ridiculous "I've lived in every shitty MA city and taken every MBTA train in the 1980s" post a while back.
there's really just no getting it with you, huh. Ok, you win, you're perfectly reasonable to try attacking me because, i dunno, whatever you said.

Tons of people do it as a sport, and throw the fish back out. A bit weird. I eat the fish I catch.

Even if you throw the fish back, you still pull it out of the water via a sharp hook in its mouth. That sounds terrible for the fish.

Someone just posted a video of them catching two fish with one hook. One on the hook, the other one trying to eat the first one.
