They gracefully edited out a few moments where I looked like a clueless idiot.

Loved that interview, and i will get the book, i promise. Sounds very cool and fun.
Its also a testament on how much Stip loves Backspacer. I almost listened to it right after i finished this. I chose Dark Matter but i was close.

Listened the ep with Brad Klausen. Looooved it. I also got the book and its wonderful.
Very cool story about the poster of the 2005 south american tour and the reason why they didnt sold them im the shows. Turns out Stone got cold feet because there is a drawing of a guy about to kill the big pig and had doubts but all the posters were already made and shipped and then got lost.
very interesting to get the idea of how he works with the band and how he work with other people like Ames bros.

How a scammer conned a bunch of Pearl jam fans with a bunch of fake ai songs
Don’t think we’ll be seeing that book published in a hurry.

Based on the reaction from the band management, these aren't AI.

dime, why are you upset by this?
is it because the songs weren't given an official release?

Not upset at all.
Only flicked through them and same I’ve always said. The demos are 99/100 times better than the official release. Every band I love suffers this problem where they somehow crush and kill the magic and energy of a song in the studio. Overthinking it. You’re right in one sense I just wish they’d drop stuff like this all the time. Give it in its raw state no polish no over production to death.
The few lightning bolt songs for example. Sound infinitely better like this than what’s on record.
I’ve a troubled relationship with pj music now anyways I don’t listen to them anymore kind of a chapter closed and best left behind. But if they started just putting it out like this, an ep every few months no studio fuckery or overthinking or polish, I’d be back on board in a heartbeat.
They sound so much better and real like this.
This leak though is effectively someone stealing their shit out of their bedroom. And it’s wrong. And it stinks.
