His Buddy Rich story near the beginning is hilarious. I had no idea the guy was such an asshole, but apparently that was his whole thing?

I’m about halfway thru. I never knew he played on 50 Ways To Leave Your Lover.
Also didn’t know he and Gadd go way back and went to school together.

Really? You’d never heard anything about Rich? He was notoriously one of the biggest assholes ever.

I don't know anything about Rich aside from how badass of a drummer he was. "The bus tapes" is a hilarious concept. I might have to give them a listen.

His career is super interesting. He has a solo record out soon I’m looking forward to checking out
