Sounds good to me. A barbecue place near me puts a little dash of brisket rub on their french fries--I'm curious if that might be good for these too.

Noticed a guy across the street from my work park a truck with a hot smoker in the bed. Walked over to scoop it out and he gave me a rib to try. Grabbed it by the bone and the meat feel clean off. It's going to be a great night.

Post. Like the seasoned fries a lot of places do but with their own rub. It's pretty damn good.
