Jon lives. After all this is over he leaves it all behind. Goes North and rebuilds The Wall (this time to keep the people of Westeros away from the Free Folk) and starts a new organization like The Night's Watch but bent on protecting the Free Folk. He has adventures with Ghost and Tormud and the rest and is happy but isolated from his old life.

Cersei dies but only after she kills Jaime which will be almost immediately after he saves her life.

The Mountain dies after he kills The Hound. Arya kills him.

Dany roasts Varys alive.

That's all I've got right now.

I think the Jon one has some legs!

I do think the hound and the mountain will mortally would each other in their fight. The hound will see the mountain die first, then he'll die from his wounds with some sort of peace of mind
