My HTC One M7 that's over a year old (there's since been a newer/better model since) has these specs:

CPU: Quad-core 1.7GHz
RAM: 2 GB
Resolution: 1080 x 1920
Pixel Density: 468 PPI
Camera: (Unsure, I believe it's lower but it's an UltraPixel camera and a F2.0 aperture and 28 mm lens, so takes some really nice shots)
Battery: 2300 mAh

I couldn't give two hoots about the specs, it's primarily about ease (and enjoyability) of use for me.
