With jazz fest cancelling I’m getting a little nervous about this one…

We’re counting down the days until we’re back at Doheny and we want to share our new Health & Safety entry requirement for Ohana Festival & Ohana Encore.
Upon entry, all attendees will be required to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test OR proof of full COVID-19 vaccination.
For patrons who are not fully vaccinated, a negative COVID-19 test result must be obtained within 72 hours of attending the event.
In order to be fully vaccinated in time for the festival, you’ll need to receive the second shot of Moderna or Pfizer, or a single dose of Johnson & Johnson, no later than Sept. 10th for Ohana Festival and Sept. 17th for Ohana Encore.

I'm in the "Vaccinate or GTFO" camp, but if you tested negative 72 hours ago, I figure you're chances of giving someone COVID aren't much higher than a vaccinated person.

I personally have no prob with a vaccine mandate if you wanna go to a crowded concert. Whoever is putting on the concert can make their own rule about it.

The test thing doesn’t make any fucking sense though. You can get covid the day after the test, just like any other day.

I'm assuming the test thing as a second choice is a legality at this point. If they required vaccinations after you sold tickets, they could likely be on the hook for a lawsuit.

I think they are putting some language in all tickets going forward that would cover this.
