clearly the answer is Retrograde... although with each additional listen of River Cross I become increasingly concerned that they ruined it with too many accents

but the last 40 seconds of Retrograde doesn't make up for the rest

Either the extremely dad rock sounding song (Never Destination) or the wear your seatbelt PSA song. Fuck that crap.

Alright or Retrograde. Im not sure yet.

SBWM, Never D or River Cross. All Ed songs.

SBWM is the worst and doesn't fit with the album. The only song I don't love on there.

Retrograde is the only song I haven't fully warmed to yet, but I would still rather listen to it than anything from LB.

Take the Long Way. Wasn't my favorite when I first heard it, and still feel that way about it. Just sounds like a jumbled mess to me until the solo at the end. If it wasn't for that solo - I'd probably not like the song at all.
All that being said - interested to hear how it translates live bc of said solo .

But TBH, I don't hate any song on this album, this one is just my least favorite. I actually really love this album, even after wearing it out this weekend (and will continue to do so at work today, lol). Was great to listen to it on some quality headphones whilst mowing the lawn - sounded even better then!!!
