Pretty much the only way I cook corn now is to grill it. We use it mostly in elote cups.

up at 4am today to throw a 9 lb pork shoulder on the egg...nows the best part monitoring the temp with a special coffee in the pitch dark and no noise....

I remember when I lived in Yakima, the orchards would chip up trees they cut down and sell for smokers. It's was great.
