Huge day for Boygenius yesterday. I wanted to see them live this year but they are taking a break, which is understandable.

I do want Phoebe to release solo music this year.

Phoebe is playing the garden at $1 dollar per ticket this week. She has been popping here and there to make shows and play i guess, new stuff.

Probably a new album is coming.

yeah, six years. She had a phase were she was everywhere so it kinda makes sense she took her time to release another album.

Nah, but it does sound closer to Stranger... than Punisher. The former had more growers than show-ers IMO. I'd say this is Phoebe at her safest, but I still really enjoy it.

Punisher will be very hard to top, yeah. New song is fine, but nothing that really grabs me.

It's a first single. I'd be surprised if she drops her most out there material as a first single.
