I’m seeing a lot of people saying that chief doesn’t seem to be of them. I had that feeling too. He moves differently or something? I’d say we’re in for a reveal there.

Didn’t feel like mando at all to me. It was a lot more detailed and a lot more going on in the background. First season of mando feels really sparse both in story and design etc
But this is great too in its own way.

I thought pacing was very Mando. But it do take your point it was very direct. No messing about and straight into it.

It felt the same The music, the photos during the final credits....

Yeah think they’re gonna do that across all the tv shows. I love the music. I hope they use that guy for all the series were getting.

I liked it. Definitely some set up going on this first episode. Can't wait to see more about his relationship with the Raiders. That four armed thing in the desert was pretty cool. I hope that wasn't Luke's aunt and uncle's farm. That kind of easter egg is too obvious and not needed. We all get it and know where this is taking place.

So the thinking is those guys are crimson dawn.
My theory coming from that is they’ve heard Bib has been take. Out and they’re trying to muscle in and take over jabbas/bibs turf before Boba can exert control.

Or maybe they’re just assassins hired by the other crime bosses under jabba to take him out ?

Ps it isn’t the lars homestead. I went and checked the end Of rise of Skywalker to see if the graffiti is sprayed there. It’s a completely different shape to the lars house.

just saw the first ep, nothing surprising or groundbreaking here. I was kinda bored, but might be because i dont quite buy this Fett.

It felt just too similar to Mandalorian also.

If it’s Crimson Dawn, they’re using a totally different insignia than what they’re using in the comics right now.

It is different. Right? It’s about that biker gang we saw spraying the logo on the door of that house. And that gang leader leash with the really janky cool bike. We have a name for her but don’t know who she is.
