The new black face plates look slick as hell/look great, but word to the wise--removing the top plate can be tricky. Unfortunately scratched the shit out of the shiny plastic underneath the plate. Only cosmetic damage that you can't of course see with the face plates reattached, but it still bothers me that those god damn scratches are now there.....

The 3D Audio with a support headset is no joke on the PS5. Noticeably better environmental sound.

Are you a pro Apex player at this point?

Yeah that's weird. I would say that the number I got makes sense since i don't think I played any online games this year, unless you count the world invasion thing in Demon's Souls.

I'm fairly nasty. I play regularly with a friend from home who is ranked very high, so I get put into the "predator lobbies," which are brutally hard. But they've trained me so well that when I play in my mid-tier lobbies by myself, I often dominate.
So, if we played again you would carry our team to respectability?

I still have an unhealthy obsession with Rocket League. I'm afraid to look at how many hours I put in.

Apex is so hard. I’ll play for a while and get good, but if you take a break, its tough to get back.

Where do you look up the stats for your playtime at?

Oh also I just got all these on the PS3 today:

Red Dead Redemption
God of War Ascension
God of War 3
Devil May Cry
Devil May Cry 3
Devil May Cry 4
Final Fantasy X/X2 Remastered
Final Fantasy 12
Final Fantasy 13
Final Fantasy 13 2
Final Fantasy 13: Lightning Returns
Drakengard 3
Castlevania: Lords of Shadow
Dante’s Inferno: Divine Edition
Shadow of the Colossus/ICO
Nier

I'm a big fan of ICO and Shadow of the Colossus and have the 2018 remake on PS4, but other than that I've only played Final Fantasy X on the PS2 like 20 years ago a few times and that's it.

Oh, yeah I don't have PS+, not really into online gaming.

PS Plus is worth it for the "free" games and discounts alone. Especially when you can regularly find a year long subscription for 40 percent off.
