Has the band made an official statement? The only conclusion I can get to is that the powers that be felt dismissing him from the tour would’ve meant too much work in too little time. Sad.

If he hasn't been criminally charged yet, what are the chances he would be? He's facing a civil suit. Don't those usually come after a criminal trial has run its course?

I don’t think he deserves punishment and criticism from every person he knows and works with , just the law maybe

Josh definitely should face the full extent of the law for this. But it’s not like he’s Harvey Weinstein here. I’d think even less of the band if they canned him over this.
