Kevin Davis wrote:The resurrection of this thread inspired me to throw on the 9/19/98 Vault show, which is the first Pearl Jam music I've really listened to in a good few months. This is just some damn fine Jamming right here -- the kind you want to Never Stop.
Isn't it nice to feel the warm embrace of the Jamily after months out in the cold? Makes me wanna start the day by spreading the Jam. Definitely feeling like one of the Faithfull today. :peace:

Oh man, I haven't had a soda for almost 3 years. A pepsi sounds so fantastic right now...
Only if it's from the fountain. No bottles or cans please.

You know, I don't drink, smoke, do recreational drugs of any kind -- junk food is my vice. I apologize for this to no one.

It's not like people are waiting with baited breath to read every single post on the board.

This doesn't apply to dct though, as we love every single thing he posts.

Re: the version of "Even Flow" on this (mixed from 8/25/98 and 8/31/98), does anyone know where the specific edits/transitions are?

Just did a casual listen, and didn't pick up on anything that was clear.

The vocal asides and lead guitar should be an easy giveaway.

It's also possible that the basic song comes from one performance, but Brett "flew in" some asides from a different show to spruce it up. This was done to all the Led Zeppelin live albums at a high degree to make them less shitty.
