I just discovered a cream cheese made with skyr yogurt. It is phenonmenal. Arla is the brand.

Much more mild tasting than a traditional cream cheese. Not as... sharp? Not sure if that is the best way to describe it. It is wonderful on a bagel with some good lox, it really lets the flavor of the fish stand out.

Many places here in the South that make their own "craft" pimento cheese sub out mayo for a cream cheese/sour cream mixture
