Decently. I crashed early.
Those nights suck. For a few years I really think I woke up 40-50 times every night. It was probably more like 25, but not ideal one dang bit.wease wrote:I woke up it seems like 100 times. Didn’t sleep well at all.
Fell back asleep on the couch for another hour. So 3.5 total hours of mostly bad sleep.lennytheweedwhacker wrote:Great! Super happy to be awake right now!

I’m on two flights this morning and may fall out.
I have a decent case of rosacea, which basically means I have sensitive skin that can flare up when it's irritated so doc recommended keeping my face off the pillow to avoid irritation and elevated since that helps with swelling.Monkey_Driven wrote:why are you so concerned about your face?
Makes sense!Coach wrote:I have a decent case of rosacea, which basically means I have sensitive skin that can flare up when it's irritated so doc recommended keeping my face off the pillow to avoid irritation and elevated since that helps with swelling.Monkey_Driven wrote:why are you so concerned about your face?
During a really bad flare up, my face turns red and swells a bit. Besides it being a cosmetic thing, it actually hurts (stings and burns).
Yeah, then I read about all the benefits of sleeping on your back and it kind of took off.Monkey_Driven wrote:Makes sense!Coach wrote:I have a decent case of rosacea, which basically means I have sensitive skin that can flare up when it's irritated so doc recommended keeping my face off the pillow to avoid irritation and elevated since that helps with swelling.Monkey_Driven wrote:why are you so concerned about your face?

I've never had one...does it really work? Any jitters from it?lennytheweedwhacker wrote:Had a 5 hour energy in my backpack. It’s worked enough, but I expect it to wear off soon.
No jitters, but when it wore off I was tired af and crashed for awhile this afternoon. I will say it did make me functional enough.Coach wrote:I've never had one...does it really work?
