I forgot to take my "it's the day after a long weekend water pill to relieve bloat city" so not too much activity to report.

Just chugged two big water bottles full of water and we are clear and steady and active now.

Took a water pill at lunch and I'm now in the bathroom every 15 minutes are so. Need to shake this bloat and recharge weight loss.

Pee is steady, clear and fast.

I didn't know where else to turn to, but my pee has been on the slower moving side the last two days.

Not painful.

Just slow.

I've been dehydrated lately so I think that's the cause.

I've had kidney stones before, as documented here, but there's zero pain and clearer pee this time around. Never had any pain so good sign there.

A little dehydrated after some partying last night.

Pee is slow and yellow.

RE HYDRATING NOW and things will improve.
