That issue was what first came to mind when this game was announced. I was never planning to sit in the lower level if I went because of it, and I’ve sat in the end zone for enough games to know that sucks too. Probably why I’m not there really.

Front row tickets for any football game are horrible, but these are especially so.

i sat front row directly behind the field goal post in the middle once and it was actually a great view

you could see the field the way the QB sees it

yes when they are on the far side it is hard to see

but for like half the game it's kind of like being in the game

and when there were two TDs scored in the end zone right in front it was super intense

the game is so fast up close

I was “front row” during a Covid playoff game against the Colts and the seats were awesome. I got on tv a few times during the broadcast being in the endzone section

I was second row in the end zone at the Music City Miracle. We were lined up with the sideline and Dyson ran directly away from us to score the touchdown. Fucking spectacular view of the game, as well.

How fucking cool is this? This would have to be a top 10 or even top 5 non-championship, non-record game of all time in any sport.

This is so much cooler than, “I was there when so and so broke the home run or touchdowns thrown record.” Who gives a shit? Everyone knew it was coming and had their phone out to record it.

It’s not nearly as cool as being there when Laetner hit the shot or Jack Morris pitched 10 shutout innings in Game 7 or the Miracle on Ice because of the stakes.

But is there a better moment no one saw at a pedestrian matchup in sports history? Buster Douglas knocking out Tyson is the only thing that comes to mind. That was for the title, though, but no one saw it coming.

Honestly, I’ve never been to a more emotional social experience in my life. The Titans took the lead with less than 2:00 left. We all thought they were going to win. Celebrations everywhere. The highest collective emotions I’ve ever been a part of. Then, with the Bills kicked the field goal with 16 seconds left and took the lead 16-15. The highs we were all on just dropped to the lowest of lows. It was as if all the oxygen left the stadium. People started heading for the exits in droves. Including two buds that had tickets up higher than us. The pal I was sitting with and I decided we were too far down to try and leave so we just sat there waiting for the end. Then, it happened. The kickoff, the pitchback, the run down the sideline, the touchdown. As high as that crowd was before, it was double that. If not more. It’s very hard to describe that roller coaster of emotions we all experienced that in those moments. Words absolutely cannot convey how powerful it was. Just an amazing experience I’ll never forget.

Doesn’t matter anyone’s reason for not drinking, but when I went alcohol-free for health reasons it was wild how ingrained having a drink at any event is. I found out that I enjoyed being at games way more without drinking. Tailgating was kind of a slog until my friends and I made food the focus as we got older
